I AM Poem

I AM

I am a blessed woman and I have a calling

I wonder why God love me so

I hear the God’s voice whistling on my ear

I see me in places where God prepares to me

I want to make a difference in this world

I am a blessed woman and I have a calling

I pretend to preach a gospel message

I feel happy doing that

I touch souls  with Jesus Christ’s words

I worry that the love can die

I cry when I see people suffering

I am a blessed woman and I have a calling

I understand that God guides me

I say that the love of God can change lives

I dream of doing the God’s will

I try to be humble and generous

I hope to help needed people

I am a blessed woman and I have a calling

Winter

WINTER

Winter looks like staying at home

Winter smells like pop corn and hot coffee

Winter sounds like noise from TV

Winter tastes like chicken soup

Winter feels like the wind blowing my hair

Winter is time to be together

U.S. History Classes

The classes has been an excellent opportunity to learn more about American history through  dynamic ways. The Bio Poem is a funny activity to students and a good way to teachers get information about their students and keep them in a portfolio.

Classroom Expectations

Classroom Expectation
1- Attentive Listening: I often stop speaking, or I say "HELLO?" Then the students stop talking.
2 - Language Environment: I usually introduce the contents asking question to the students and the questions introduce the vocabulary in context. By doing so,  I prepare my students to expect what subject is coming.
3- I think my classroom is a "safe" place because I help the students to be confident to participate,  I always hear what they share in the classroom and apreciate their ideas. I work to develop a good relashionship based in mutual respect and frienship.
4- To reduce "anxiety" I tell them not to be worried about the activities. I dedicate individual attention if it is necessary. I help them when they need. I work with patience and love.
